Welcome to the site. Alter started in 2005 with custom drum and snare building. My drums are made of 100% maple Keller shells and built to order; no two are alike. Order with any desired ply thickness, wrap, paint, stain, and hardware. Create a truly custom snare that you just can't find in stores.
In 2007 I began collecting guitars, particularly vintage underrated and under appreciated overseas Kramers. In researching and restoring each model I have also met alot of Kramer collectors in many different countries and forums. Alot of collectors don't understand my interest in the overseas models versus the more collectable American models, but I grew up on these affordably great players so I have an attachment. Those that I don't keep for my personal collection, I restore and pass along to others. A couple things you will notice is that I like any and all Kramers, and if it didn't come with a Floyd Rose it will leave my shop with one. I take pride in bringing an abused classic back to life.
In the galleries are drums and guitars that have been built, restored, or customized in some way to individual preference and customer order. Some of these items are from my collection, and others have been sold. I turn just a few guitars a month so what is readily available will be marked for sale.
